It does not print directly on the substrate, but pre-printed in the pet transfer base film, the latter provide appropriate temperature and pressure, so that the printing pattern transfer, attached to the substrate.
The traditional printed PVC substrates are not conductive to the promotion of water-based ink printing due to its irresistible ability to high temperature. PET film can withstand the drying temperature of ink above 120℃, to achieve ink printing. Organic solvents such as benzene, lipids are not used during the process of the production, thus it is more environmental-friendly. Moreover, harmful substances do not exist on the print film, so the reprocessing products can improve environmental performance effectively.
