Production Line for Electric Fittings
Main Working Process
- The angle will be loading on the infeed conveyors.
- The carriage can move the angle forward and back on the infeeding or outfeeding direction.
- After materials are positioned,cnc angle steel hole punching line
- Hydraulic clamps fall and hold materials.
- The Marking unit has 4 groups of Character Boxes, it will mark automatically.
- The left or right side Punching head can move up and down according to the program value.
- The Punching unit has 3 different punching heads in left and right side, it will punch automatically.
- After the hole is proceed, upper hydraulic clamps are opened and the materials is positioned to the next punching coordinates again. All these operations are repeated for the whole length of the materials.angle steel production line
- If necessary the cutting unit will cut the angle to right length automatically.
Features
1. This production line has high feeding and punching speed. Compared with traditional punching machine, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and it can process 9 to 10 tons of angle steel every 8 hours.
2. Adopt servo motor to feed material, PLC module control, high work efficiency and workpiece accuracy.

4. All marking, punching and shearing procedures are automatically completed, and all finished angle steels can be unloaded by the pneumatic turning device, which reduces the work intensity.
5. The marking unit adopts a closed frame with good rigidity.

7. The feeding conveyor adopts double linear guide rails and the sliding frame adopts the latest design, which greatly improves the speed and accuracy of the machine.
