Rectangle hollow profile composite decking board, cost-effective
146x25mm, made from wood plastic composite, eco-friendly and low maintenance.
Embossed wood grain surface treatment makes it look like natural wood feeling.
(a) Mix the wood powder, recycled plastic and additives together according to certain formula, then make them into pellets.
(b) By extrusion machine and mold, shape the garden wood composite decking in customized profile and size.
(c) Do surface treatment such as sanding, embossing and brushing, then cut the WPC decking floor by requested length before packing.
