Pit type bright annealing furnace

.Brief

This pit type bright annealing furnace is mainly used for bright annealing or oxidation-free annealing of copper wire, iron steel wire, with the protective atmosphere of nitrogen or hydrogen, can be used in conjunction with drawing machine production line, it is necessary equipment in the wire production, with the advantages of non-oxidation, no decarburization and bright surface of finished product, good leak tightness and temperature uniformity, save energy and easy to operate.


.The heat treatment process is as followed

Put the first furnace pot that have been loaded wire coil into furnace→ lock the lid→ Vacuumizing (Reduce gas costs, ensure safety performance, discharge quickly air out of furnace pot)→ Ventilate ammonia decomposition gas → Heating→Stop to heat when finished process→ Cooling(The furnace pot remains in the furnace) → Take out the first furnace pot when cooling the temperature to below 500℃ →

Put the second furnace pot that have loaded wire coil into the furnace→(Reduce gas costs, ensure safety performance, discharge quickly air out of furnace pot)→Ventilate ammonia decomposition gas→Heating→Stop to heat when finished process→Cooling(The furnace pot remains in the furnace) Take out the second furnace pot when cooling the temperature to below 500℃→

Put the third furnace pot that have loaded wire coil into the furnace→(Reduce gas costs, ensure safety performance, discharge quickly air out of furnace pot)→Ventilate ammonia decomposition gas→Heating→Stop to heat when finished process→ Cooling(The furnace pot remains in the furnace).

At the same time, open the first furnace pot lid when cooling to below 200℃(The lower the temperature, the better, reduce wire oxidation)→The wire coil are taken out of furnace pot, load the wire coil into the first pot again, lock the lid→Vacuumizing→ repeatedly used as above.


.Furnace pot: stainless steel 321 or 314


.Heating method: electric, can also be heated by nature gas, LPG, oil.


Ⅴ.Structure

The furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace lining, heating element, furnace pot, protective atmosphere device, control system and other accessories.

1.The furnace shell is welded by structural steel and steel plate.

2.Furnace lining

Furnace lining for the whole fiber structure use high-quality refractory fiber for construction, adopting standard stainless steel round steel and scientific and reasonable inlay method. The re-pre-compression treatment is made before fiber folding block inlay(compression capacity ≥230Kg/m3), fixed in the top of the shell with stainless steel round steel, the insulation material installation thickness≮350mm (folding block 300mm thick, 50mm thick back lining insulation foam). Maximum temperature which aluminum silicate fiber resist is 1260 ℃, round steel material select 1Cr18Ni9.

3.Heating elements

Heating elements uses quality nickel chromium alloy material 0Cr25AL5, hanging in the furnace wall fixture (ceramic screw).

4.Furnace pot

Furnace port is welded by 10-12mm thickness 314 or 321 stainless steel plate,the lower part of furnace port is the pressure round head, the upper part is the sealed type 30mm thick carbon steel plate made of flange material after fine processing, the top and the bottom of flange are sealed separately by high temperature silicone seal ring and water cooling tank protection seal to ensure no leakage in common use, to achieve sealing effect. The furnace lid is made of 30mmA3 sheet metal. The lid insulation box is made of 321 stainless heat-resistant steel, and adopt aluminum silicate fiber cotton for insulation , and 14-16 manual pressure screw is used along the upper end face to connect the lid and the pot together to ensure the pot tight.

There is a bearing frame at the bottom of the furnace pot, which is made of thick plate welded, and the intake pipe extends from the furnace pot wall to the lower part of the bearing frame, and then uniformly exhausts protective gas.

5.Inelt ammonia decomposition gas device

The furnace cover is equipped with air inlet (including manual valve), exhaust port (including manual valve), furnace pressure indicator, rings and so on.

6.Control System

A.Electrical parts

Temperature control use intelligent temperature control instrument, through its reasonable parameter settings, which can reach the best temperature control, by means of its online self-tuning function, it can calculate the best PID parameters of the furnace to achieve the ideal temperature stability

B.Heating control

Heating control uses SCR trigger mode to change the output heating power to achieve temperature control of temperature zone.

Over-temperature alarm system in heating control circuit, when a zone has over-temperature (usually using ultra-deviation alarm),it ensure that the furnace workpiece and equipment safety, at the same time ,it gives off sound and light alarm.

All of exchange contactor, fast fuses, intermediate relays, operating switches, buttons, signal lights and other major control devices and operations, display devices are supplied by well-known domestic and foreign manufacturers (Delixi). Current and voltage indication instrument instructions are sensitive, accurate, reliable and long life.

C.Electrical control cabinet: cabinet is supplied by the professional manufacturer according to the international. Cabinet size, structure and color is in line with standard which is widely used norms at home and abroad to this day, cabinet installation, wiring and identification correspond to relevant standards. The connection of the control cabinet to the main circuit of the furnace use copper core insulated wire; all line number mark us a special material, which need regular printing, to avoid line number off; all connection in the trenches have a line mark at interval of two meters each , which is easy to repair if the lines are checked.
