1. Edge banding gluing pot

Quick-melt and cylinder control for gluing amount is stable, which prevent the dust into gluing axis, making the edge tape bond with the panel piece perfectly.

2. End trimming

End trimming unit is mounted on high-precision linear bearings, which ensure perfect cutting

3.Six wheel pressing

6-wheel press roller fit is more precise than the 4-wheel, making glue line slight, and different thickness of wood veneer all can be easily feeding.

4.Rough and fine trimming.

With high speed motor, 12000Rpm ( if it is 3mm PVC edge banding tape, we will use 18000RPM) can take out the top and bottom extra edge banding tape, making the tape width same as the panel width.

7.Corner rounding

Corner rounding makes sure that you get perfect corners of your panel every time without any cutter jointing marks.

8.Scrapping

The super hard alloy R knife scrapes the fine lines of the edge banding to make it smooth.

9.Buffing

The buffing unit is to get a super finish on ABS and PVC edging.
