The BQS series mine flameproof submerged sand discharge pump comprises a multi-stage centrifugal pump and a submersible three-phase asynchronous motor filled with water. This pump adheres to the MT/T671 standard, as well as GB 3836.1 and GB 3836.2. Compared to traditional centrifugal pumps, it offers several advantages such as easy installation and maintenance, moisture resistance, safe and reliable operation, stable performance, low vibration noise, high efficiency, compact design, and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, a flow guide can be attached externally to enhance operational reliability based on specific application environments. The presence of clean water inside the pump's cavity prevents bursting or electrical sparks during operation. Moreover, the electric pump's motor and pump are separate entities.


Features

The Mine Flameproof Submersible Sand Pumps in the BQS series have an integrated design, combining the motor and water pump into one unit. Structure

The BQS series includes two types of suction designs: single suction and double suction. Both types of pumps consist of two groups of impellers positioned back-to-back. In the case of double suction pumps, one suction is located at the top of the pump and the other at the bottom. The arrangement ensures that the thrust force is negligible since the two suctions are opposite and the impeller numbers are the same on both sides.
In single-suction pumps, the suction is only present at the bottom. If the impeller count is even, the two groups have equal numbers and suction directions, resulting in zero thrust force. However, when the impeller count is odd, the lower suction side has an additional stage with a surplus impeller equipped with balance holes and a trust balance ring.
