Requirement for Biomass Gas

Notes: If there are too much sufur and ammonia in the gas, it will not only corrode the electrode of sparking plug heavily but also increase the acid value of engine oil which will corrode the parts inside of genset, easy to generate precipitate and increase the attrition corrosion to the engine.

Recovery system of exhaust heat:
Working principle of system: The water will get heat from needle tubing when go through the recovery device of exhaust gas. This needle tubing fixed at the recovery device of exhaust gas can conduct the heat. In such way, the temperature of the water will reach 50-90ºC, or water become saturated steam in a certain pressure.
 
Under the normal circumstance, the heat of exhaust gas will take 32% of the total heat. The thermal efficiency will be improved 20-30% with this system.

5) reducing the air temperature of workshop&office by driving air conditioner

Mobile power station:
This series is divided into two-wheel and four-wheel, single-shaft and double-shaft, according to the actual demand of clients. All of them are assembled with damping spring. They are easy to maintain and operate. This series is specially designed for the demand of frequently move or field power supply. We designed this system referred to the structure of domestic and oversea mobile generation station. This product is in excellent operability and safety.
1) There are supporting wheels in front of single-shaft automotive chassis. It can bear Vertical load and has the oriented function.
2)We fix the bolt type hitch frame which is used for adjusting height freely on the double-shaft type. It's suitable for tractors in different height and can turn direction freely.
3)We adopt the mobile hanger,180ºC turntable and reliable Pneumatic braking system to assure the safety of the generator set running.


Silent canopy series:
Container generator set is a low noise gen-set which is designed according to the demand of environmental protection. We adopt advanced noise reduction technique and use new type sound absorbing material on this series. It is suitable for the narrow place or place with strict demand for the noise. For example: factory, hotel, restaurant, school, hospital or residential area etc.
1)Common low noise function, common low noise within 75dB(A)(at 7m); super low noise within 70dB(A)(at 7m)
2)The oil tank, battery and muffler of the gen-set are assembled together, so that it's easy to deliver and install.

Automatic control system:
A. Manual control panel (Standard configuration of gen-set)
This panel can not only provide start/stop fundamental function, but also can supervise the running situation of the generator set through showing all the technical datas. For its alarm and protection function, the generator set can run more safely and reliable.
 
B. Remote control panel
This panel not only includes manual control function and configuration, but also includes long-distance control connector. So you can control the generator set in a long distance. We fix Start time-lapse relay and Stop time-lapse relay on this panel, so that it's easier to operate and run more reliably.
 
C. Automatic Control Panel and Automatic Loading Switching(ATS)
We can supply the freestanding control cabinet with ATS and automatic start control function.It's easy to operate and be suitable for the central control of electric equipment.
1)National grid power and power which is generated by gen-set can be switched freely by ATS with protective function.
2)Status indicator lights of national grid power,generated power and loading.
3)Automatic switching time, no more than 7 seconds(adjustable).
 
D. Control Panel of Parallel Operation
Manual Operation/semi-automatic/Automatic two sets or more sets are paralleled together to form a power grid. Load distributed automatically, central control, easy to maintain through this technique.


Notice about power plant construction
1)Generator Rome is usually constructed in open or semi-open type. The floor of generator room should be easily to clean and not easily to spark.
2)If you want to construct closed generator room. You must construct a single-storey building. The open direction of all the doors and windows must turn outside.Please install some big capacity displacement device to avoid gas gathering.
3)Generator room and operation room must be separated, can not be directly connected. The observation window should be with double-deck glass protected by steel wire mesh.
4)Lightning arrester is necessary.
5)Prepare enough fire extinguishing appliance.
6)"No Fire" mark should be obvious, open flame in the generator room is not allowed.
7)In the exhaust gas, there are combustible gas. So the exhaust pipe of the generator must be leaded to outside of room. The exhaust pipe must be connected tightly.
 
 
Requirements for the equipment in generator room
1)Electric equipment in the generator room must be explosion proof. When you repair the equipments, must turn off the power.
2)Fix an urgent valve at the intake where gas pipe is leaded into room. You can cut off the gas in time if it's emergency. This valve should be close to the operate room.
3)The alarm system of gas detecting is necessary to find out the gas leakage in time.
 
 
Requirements for gas pipe
1)All the gas pipes should adopt seamless steel tube, the pipe well should not be very thin, the connector of pipe should be sealed tightly. After connecting, please detect the leakage situation by gas detector or soap sous.
2)Check the valve regularly, make sure there is no leakage and breakage situation.
